Terminology
This agreement between you (the Licensee) and Bad Type Club (the Supplier) governs your use of the Font Software ("Font"). By downloading, installing, or using the Font, you agree to these terms. "License Types" define permitted uses, while "License Size" is based on your company’s total employee count.
Licensee
Licenses are brand-specific. As the Licensee, your license covers specified uses for your brand. Third parties working for you can use the font but only for your brand and within the license scope.
License Types
Desktop License: For printed materials, physical objects, and digital documents.
Web License: Embed the font on one website via self-hosting.
Social Media License: Use the font on social media (requires a desktop license first).
App License: Embed the font in one digital application.
Broadcast License: Use the font for TV, cinema, and streaming platforms.
Logo License: Create a logo or wordmark for one brand, usable across all license types.
Student License: For personal and private commercial use while enrolled as a student.
Corporate License: Unlimited use across platforms and mediums. Contact us for details.
Trial License: For testing only; no commercial or public use allowed.
License Size
License size is based on your company’s employee count. Significant changes require an updated license.
Ownership and Copyright
The Supplier retains ownership of the font. Your rights are limited to use as specified in the license. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or modifying is prohibited.
Lawful Use of Product
Your right to use the font is granted upon full payment as specified in your order.
Third Parties
Third parties can use the font only to create documents for the Licensee within the license scope.
Desktop License
Install and use the font for printed and digital documents for one brand. Share with printers only for preparing and printing your documents.
Web License
Embed the font on one website. The font must be stored on the same server as the licensed domain.
App License
Embed the font in one digital application. Additional licenses are required for other apps.
Social Media License
Use the font on social media platforms (requires a desktop license first).
Broadcast License
Use the font for video content on streaming services, TV, movies, and commercials.
Logo License
Create a logo or wordmark for one brand. Additional licenses are needed for other brands.
Student License
Use the font for private and private commercial purposes while a student. Third-party commercial projects require additional licenses.
Corporate License

Trial License
Use the font for testing only, not for commercial or public projects.
